- How to activate ?
National Roaming can be activated on the basis of a written application to the company. On receipt of the application, a subscriber’s credit history and his last bill delivery status is checked. If everything is found to be in order, the subscriber is asked to deposit the required security deposit and his National Roaming is activated.
- Where National Roaming can be accessed ?
National Roaming can be accessed through out the country wherever we have tie-ups with other national operators in non-reliance circles.

International Roaming is available only to Postpaid subscribers currently.
International roaming offers access to the finest roaming footprints in most of the GSM countries in Europe, Africa, Far East Asia and Central Asia.
Mandatory points for subscribers
- Subscriber should have his International Roaming service activated.
- He should have Triple IMSI Sim cards in possession with him before leaving the network.
- While roaming on GSM network, subscribers are required to insert their SIM in a suitable GSM handset (Dual band / Triband as required)
- Subscriber is charged Rs. 99/month as International Roam Access fee.
