Data usage when roaming internationally is currently not available on Reliance GSM BlackBerry.
International GSM Roaming - Activation
To activate Voice roaming on your RCOM GSM BlackBerry handset when going internationally , please perform the following steps:
- Go to R menu tab in the main menu( Main menu>>Set up>> R menu>> for BlackBerry Curve 8900) and select Roaming option , Once you have selected roaming option, It will pop up 2 options HOME and ROAM
- Select ROAM option.
- After selecting roam option switch off and then switch on your phone.
- Automatically your MDN will latch onto available network and good to go.
- If in case automatically Phone does not latch on then you have to go to Options tab in your Phone, and select Mobile network. In this menu you have to select Manual network and available networks will pop up and select. Network will be selected and you are good to go.
- Once you come back from international roaming, do select HOME option again.
